this is very exciting!
RGS Angklung will be holding the first Angklung symposium in Singapore
from 16-17 June, 2008!
We'll be having a concert on 17 June, at 7pm in school :D
tickets are priced at only $5, way cheaper than other concerts.
(I'm not discouraging you from going other concerts though :)
our concert is themed "Volare: Reaching a Higher note" (I think :D)
and many schools will be down because that's what a symposium is like.
there will be combined performances and it's gonna be cool (:

Well, now that all the fun and games is over, it's back to normal curriculum. Progress reports back this Friday. D:

For those that didn't do too well, don't be depressed. There's always a chance to pull your marks up as long as you work hard.

For those that did do well, don't get complacent either. :P

Anyone wants a class-tee? We should get it done soon because if we only wear a class tee when we're not in the class anymore that'd be quite dumb right :P

essentially star wars is this amazing wonderful perfect saga (i.e. 6) movies, and there are characters such as anakin, boba fett, boss nass, chewbacca, C3P0, count dooku, darth vader (anakin), darth sidious, darth maul, darth ventress, ewoks, greedo, han solo, IG88, jabba the hutt, jawas, jar jar binks, LUKE,

leia, lando calrissian, master yoda, mace windu, nute gunray, OBI-WAN ~~ting~~ KENOBI,

padme, QUI-GON, R2D2 and yaddle. of course there are more minor characters like the stupid droids, the not-so-stupid stormtroopers, the gungans, biggs, owen and beru lars, the other trade federation people, the senators, the queen in episode two, the big and bigger fish, R4, the other soldiers, general tarkin, the admirals whom darth vader killed, and yes a few more though i can't remember them. and yes the whole list above is from memory. i rock.:D

yes continuing. (: it's about anakin/darth vader essentially. episodes 4-6 came out first, with darth vader, but episodes 1-3 came out later, with anakin and the development of his character as to how he turned from the Light Side to the Dark Side of the Force. which is why episodes 1-3 don't have as much substance as episodes 4-6. though the first three episodes have cooler and nicer starships like the Jtype 327 Nubian which is duper cool and pretty! this image isn't exactly very nice but in the movie it's so beautiful and shiny and pretty and sleek(:
